These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Halyard Cloud website and services operated by Halyard Cloud Inc. ("Halyard Cloud", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
You agree not to misuse the services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorization, or use them to store or transmit unlawful content.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Halyard Cloud uses fixed-rate plans with a hard spend ceiling you set per project: each tier includes a generous, egress-inclusive allowance, and anything beyond it is billed at published per-unit rates until the cap stops new provisioning. Enterprise adds committed-use discounts, private regions, and a 24/7 support SLA quoted per company. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
We work to keep the services available and reliable, and Enterprise plans include a contractual uptime commitment. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halyard Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify customers by email or through the product.
